The quote is calculated with the current rate card from the word count of the original document and is valid for 15 days. The order is placed on acceptance of the quote and payment, or on request through the portal under contracts with invoice payment.
Terms of service
Deadlines
The committed deadline is calculated with the working calendar from acceptance of the order and receipt of the complete documents. Incidents that prevent translation (illegible or incomplete documents) suspend the deadline until resolved.
Delivery
The translation is delivered in the client portal through a secure link. Paper delivery is sent by courier to the indicated address; transport times are not part of the translation deadline.
Corrections
The client may request correction of errors within 30 days of delivery at no cost. Changes to the original document after the order are quoted separately.
Payment
Individuals: advance payment by card through Stripe. Companies with approved credit and public bodies: monthly invoice at 30 days; for public bodies, electronic invoice through FACe.
Withdrawal
The translation service starts on acceptance of the order; once started, withdrawal is only possible by paying for the work done up to that point.
